Thomas Kelly and Alle Walker, Australia based stand-up comedians opened Brisbane Comedy Company in May 2009. Kelly pursued his mechanical engineering from the Queensland University, but his interest and passion towards creating comedy content took him towards this business where people can hire stand-up comedians for their special events. With this unique concept, Thomas Kelly joined hands with a renowned comedian, Alle Walker who already won many international ROAST BATTLES across nation. After establishing their company, two more members came to join his venture and this is how they built a strong empire of their Comedy Events and Management Company in Brisbane.
Our first Raw Comedy event was held in June 2009. It was a great success- thanks to our in-house team and comedians. Since then, we have been organising stand-up comedy shows, roast comedy shows, plays, and comedy gigs for private events.
In 2015, we had organised around 70 events in a row all around Brisbane, including Fortitude Valley, Kangaroo Point, Annerley, Paddington, etc. It was something that we never expected, but this has given us the exposure to evolve our strategies and assist our clients in a much better way.
It’s been ten years now and we have established ourselves as one of the trusted comedy companies in Brisbane, organising comedy events, plays, shows and live roast battles for our clients.
