STEVE ALLISON (The Footy Show)

Steve Allison was born into show business, his parents (The Allison's) were Australia's top sight act for over thirty years. His dad always said as long as you live under this roof you will do things my way. So Steve had to come home from school every day drunk, and tell mum a joke.

Steve  Allison knows how to make people laugh. And as soon as Steve picks up the microphone it's obvious. He commands attention, and laughter is the best way to get it. With a cool and casual approach hundreds of thousands of people have enjoyed his clever style of comedy.

The confidence and experience earned from performing over a thousand live shows is clear. He is funny!  With a natural sense of humour and quick wit, Steve’s show is a well crafted mix of snappy one-liners, hilarious stories, funny home truth’s and current topics. It’s Aussie humour at it’s best. Standout performances in comedy clubs has led to countless corporate gigs, International tours and television appearances, on- “The footy Show” - The Comedy Channel’s “Headliners” –“Brownies Coast Watch” -“Brisbane Extra” – “FMVTV” and “Domino's home delivered comedy”

Steve Allison isn't a yobbo. He's a genuine larrikin, with an individual show of fun and laughter.

GREG 'Sully' SULLIVAN (Triple M Breakfast Show)

Greg has been performing comedy for over a decade and is one of the countries most experienced performers. He can be heard every weekday morning as co-host of the 'Triple M Breakfast Show' and has appeared on television several times including shows such as 'Good News Week'.

STEWART 'Stav' DAVIDSON (B105 Breakfast Show)

Stav was born in Glasgow  Scotland, and moved to Australia just early enough in his life to avoid permanently speaking with a Scottish accent.

Stav made the national finals of Triple J’s Raw Comedy Competition in 2000, and might have won if not for a nasty incident backstage with a fire hose that put him ever so slightly off his game.  He made up for it in 2002, winning the Bacardi Breezer New Comic of the Year competition, and appearing on The Comedy Channel’s “Hahn Ice Headliners”.

In January 2006 Stav joined Brisbane's B105 and is now the host of the 'New Breakfast Show' with Labrat, Camilla and Stav. Stav maintains a busy schedule of live shows, performing at all Queensland comedy venues.

JOSH THOMAS (Rove Live, Good News Week)

At the age of just 17, Josh Thomas was the youngest ever winner of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival’s RAW Comedy Competition in 2005.  He also made the finals of So You Think You’re Funny, Edinburgh’s equivalent to RAW Comedy.  He thought he was the king of the world.  His next gig was in a scary you-might-actually-die-when-they-stab-you style tavern in front of 12 comics and a man sitting at the bar crying into his beer.

“The comedy festival’s most junior player is also one of it’s best… fiercely funny”  The Age

After only a few short years of performing stand up Josh’s unique talent has the Australian Comedy Industry abuzz.  His virginal looks and cutting dialect combine to create a voice that is genuinely distinct and exciting. For a performer so young to have such an honest and developed sense of who he is on stage is quite remarkable.

2007 was a cracker year for Josh, picking up the gong for the Melbourne Airport Best Newcomer at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, for his first ever solo show, Please Like Me.  This was followed by 6 weeks touring with the Comedy Festival Roadshow and an invitation to perform at the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal in July.

He returned to Australia and made his TV debut with not one, but two, stand up spots on ABC TV’s The Sideshow.  Josh also had a busy year honing his skills and performing at professional Comedy Clubs around Australia including Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane.

In the last twelve months, Josh has performed on the Comedy Channel’s Stand Up! Australia and supported the likes of Dave Hughes in front of a crowd of 1500. He has also made numerous appearances on Channel 10’s ‘Good News Week’ and also a recent appearance on ‘Rove Live’.

ADAM VINCENT (Melbourne)

As seen on NBC's Worldwide comedy programme 'Last Comic Standing'.

Vincent's comedy is powerful, engaging, surreal, dark and dry. With an ability to be politically incorrect, poignant and endearing in the same breath, he leaves audiences wondering why they haven't heard of him before. An insightful and original talent with a fearless approach that makes him refreshing to watch, Adam is well on the way to becoming a circuit favourite both here and abroad.

"Adam Vincent took to the stage like a natural, jigging with energy and rousing the audience into fits of hilarity. With 100% energy from the first, he owned the stage and delivered a barrage of bullish and hilarious material, at one point cowing an irritating heckler into silence. A terrific set from a strong, professional and sharp performer who will definitely be back."
-Toby Hadoke, XS Malarky promoter.

Adam hails from Australia and his set was short but confident. He had a friendly style that seemed to harbour a slightly darker side once he got going - keep an eye out for him. - BBC

FRED LANG (ABC's Australian Story)

Fred is one of Australia’s most sought after "live" stand-up comics. Pubs, clubs, town halls, conference centers, or Opera Houses... it makes little difference to this wild professional. Fred’s love of stand-up comes from a deep seated need to have his say... and not get arrested! He’ll push, prod and provoke an audience with a style that is, like all individuals, uniquely his.

Fred has had the misfortune of working with just about every well known comic in the country - most of whom he has little respect for. Those he looks forward to working again with include Peter Berner, Tommy Dean, Jimeoin, and the Scared Weird Little Guys.

Whether it be traveling, working or fleeing, Fred has managed to fill 3 passports in the last 10 years - from New Zealand to England, Germany to Fiji, Borneo to Turkey and just about every country in between. In his beloved Australia Fred has worked both coasts, every major city and most of the minor ones as well.

He has appeared on television so many times he is convinced there are still some performances he hasn’t been paid for! His most recent television appearance was on the ABC's Australian Story programme which followed Fred on his recent tour entertaining the Australian troops in Afghanistan.
